Billing & cancellation — explained

Your card is charged immediately when you subscribe. Monthly plans bill every 30 days. Yearly plans bill once per year.

You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account becomes read-only — you can still view and export your work, but you can't edit. Your manuscript is never deleted.

If something isn't working for you, get in touch within a reasonable window of your charge and we'll make it right.

1. Sign in and open Settings from the sidebar (or your avatar menu).
2. Choose the Billing tab.
3. Click Cancel subscription.
4. Confirm the cancellation in the dialog. You'll see a confirmation message and receive an email receipt.

You'll keep full access until the end of the current billing period — no further charges after that.
