Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a Wordmark Press account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Wordmark Press.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscription

Wordmark Press is a paid subscription service. Your payment method is charged immediately when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing and will keep access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Your content

Your writing belongs to you. We only access it to operate the service (for example to store, sync, and display it back to you). We do not sell your writing or use it to train third-party AI models.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use Wordmark Press for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not share your account or bypass the device limit.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep Wordmark Press fast and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may briefly affect availability.

7. Termination

You can stop using Wordmark Press at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. On account deletion we remove your data per our Privacy Notice.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
